There is nothing quite like gathering around a campfire on a cool summer evening. Each Wednesday evening from July 24 through August 28, OSLC will hold a series of community campfires on the shores of Lake Sammamish. These campfires are relaxed and informal and include a simple evening worship service on the beach. Hot dogs, condiments, water, and SMORES are provided. Just bring yourself, a friend, and something to sit on. We gather beginning at 6:30 PM each Wednesday. All are welcome.

Who Do You Say that I Am?
For forty days leading up to Holy Week and Easter (not counting Sundays), the Church engages in the Season of Lent. “Lent” means springtime, and for all Christians, this is a time to prepare the spiritual soil of their lives and get ready for future growth. Even more specifically, it is a time to ask questions about what it means to be called a follower of Jesus Christ. Our theme at OSLC this Lenten Season is taken from Jesus’ words in Luke 20:9 when he asks his disciples, “Who do you say that I am?”
