A Donkey’s Voice, Numbers 22:21-35
Balaam is a prophet. Sometimes, he can hear God’s voice. But in this situation in Numbers 22:21-35, Balaam cannot hear nor see the angel of the Lord. Nor does he recognize the attempts of his Jennie, his female donkey, to save him from danger. He is dead set on continuing his wrongful path and ignoring the signs God sends him to help him do better. How can we turn around when we are amiss and find our way again?
