We have changed our online giving system from Vanco to Tithely! So if you have been using Vanco to process recurring donations, it’s time to switch!
Step 1 – Set up your online giving with Tithely
Click the button below to reach the Tithely website (it will open in a new tab).
Click on the “Sign Up” button. Enter your email address, and type in a password of your choice.
Continue setting up your recurring donations via the instructions that are given. If you’ve already been using Vanco for your recurring giving, the Tithely system should already know about you, and pre-populate most of the fields for you.
Step 2 – Deactivate your Vanco giving
Click the button below to reach the Vanco website (it will open in a new tab).
Log on to your Vanco account with your email and password (on the upper right).
Under the “My Scheduled Transactions” section, click on the text “Delete” for each recurring donation that you had previously created. This will remove those recurring donations.
When finished, click “Log Off”.
